I am a Lead Graphic Designer with over 15 years of experience driving high-level creative strategy and execution in fast-paced environments. I specialize in transforming complex ideas into compelling visual narratives that elevate brands, engage audiences, and deliver measurable impact.
Currently, I serve as Lead Graphic Designer at UKG, where an initial six-month contract evolved into a long-term leadership role. In this position, I lead concept development and execution across interactive design, branding, social campaigns, merchandise, video, and large-scale marketing initiatives. Beyond hands-on design, I guide creative direction for projects while mentoring junior designers, freelancers, and interns to ensure cohesive, high-quality output across the team.
My role also includes interviewing and onboarding creative talent, managing external design partners, and coordinating with vendors to oversee production and maintain our online store operations. I thrive under pressure, consistently delivering high-impact creative solutions while balancing multiple priorities and stakeholder expectations.
Prior to UKG, I built a diverse portfolio through contract and freelance work across hospitality, nonprofit, collegiate, health and fitness, and technology industries. I also contributed to live television production, supporting the development of five shows for the Lifetime Network, an experience that sharpened my ability to collaborate cross-functionally and execute creative under tight deadlines.
